By trying some input values it is considered that this adder
functions correctly. Since this is an experimental circuit,
its operating speed is not important. However carry look ahead
adder seems to be worth implementing. Block names were given
only to LCB's, however I/O blocks should have been given too
so that they can be easily understood in which bit and for what
purpose they are used.
